Pay scale: Rs 7,100/- – Rs. 37,600/- plus Grade Pay Rs.3, 200/-
Age limit: Candidates age limit is not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2011, reservation as per rules.
Educational qualification: Bachelors Degree with 3 years in science with industrial Fish and Fisheries as a major or vocational subject from a recognized university.
Application fee: Candidates pay the fee in the form of Indian Postal Order for Rs 160/- (No fee for SC/ST/PWD candidates) to the Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal or by a receipted challan from a Govt Treasury in West Bengal or the Reserve Bank of India, Kolkata, payable at GPO, Kolkata.
Selection process: The mode of selection is on the basis of Screening Test.
How to apply: The interested and eligible candidates may send their application in prescribed format, a recent passport size photograph should be pasted on the application form, along with attested photo copies of all necessary certificates, two self addressed unstamped envelops and IPO, to the following address or by submitting personally between 11.00 AM to 3.30 PM on all working days, on or before 05-07-2011, Secretary, Public Service Commission, West Bengal, 161 – A, S.P.Mukherjee Road, Kolkata–700026.
